Hmph.  Apparently I dont know how to use my iphone yet.  It wasn't that great of a pic anyways.

On evenings like last night where the snow made us almost prisoners in our home, I needed "The One."  The one who's always there for me, so dependable.  The one I lean on when I'm lacking motivation.  This, my friend, is my saviour:

Our Kinetic Bike Trainer!  60 minutes on this baby while watching NCIS reruns took away my guilt of stuffing my face w/ leftover spinach artichoke dip.  Well, it took a bite out of my guilt, at least.
