Spring, is that you?

I didn't realize why I was getting stares when stopped at a traffic light on my way home from work while I was passionately singing, "GaGa ooh la la~"  That was, until I realized, oh crap, they can HEAR me!  That's right, windows down in mid-March in Michigan, could it really be??

You never know in Michigan whether this weather will last, so I took advantage of the gorgeous day we had and ventured out for my long run.  Oh how I had forgotten how much better running outside was!  I felt relieved I wasn't stuck in a room of stagnant air that before I realized it, I was doing a descending run.  I finished just around race pace and felt great!  Best part, I scoped out local businesses I never noticed before while driving.  Scoopy's Ice Cream, here I come!

Since the hubs is away on business this week, I thought the doggies would be all about hanging out w/ the substitute "#1" owner.  But what did I see when I get home from my run?  This:

Hmph.  I guess this is their way of dealing w/ missing the hubs :(
